What’s a typical class like you may ask?
Kid Friendly
Our workouts are kid-friendly, meaning, your little can come to the workout. For their safety, younger kids need to stay in the stroller. Older kids can stick by your side and walk from station to station with you.
Teach Kids About Healthy Living
Classes where you bring your kids are so fun! You’re child will learn all about living a healthy lifestyle and even pick up a workout move or two. My kiddo knew what a push-up and star jump were at age 1! They stay in the stroller while the mamas work out.
A Workout for You, Entertainment for Your Kiddos
Instructors will read stories, blow bubbles, sing songs, and anything else they can think of to keep the kids engaged while giving you a workout tailored to your level and goals. How else can your kiddo stay entertained? ALL THE SNACKS! Seriously, snacks are a lifesaver! After class kids can get out and play together and mamas can chat. Most classes are held at the park when the weather is good and various indoor locations during extreme cold or rain.
All Levels Welcome
Classes are for all levels and for pregnant and postpartum mamas. Instructors are trained to modify exercises to your needs and you always choose to go at your own pace.
